I was (am) a huge West Wing, and when it was on I wondered when we would get a British equivalent (something that many British politicians, who loved the show because of the positive and undersanding take it put on the political process, wanted). Later it occurred to me that, while happy to accept Bartlett in the

I would like to point out the Graveyard Book is not actually a very good book.

You're assuming in your first point that Tony dies in the final scene, which is not uncontroversial.

Some good news for Tasha - the Dungeon Keeper games are available for $6 each on Good Old Games, all spruced up to work on modern machines (no emulators or anything like that needed).

Agreed, that would have been more satisfying.  That would also have been neater with the continuity since - and bear with me here as a I nerd out a little - the Daleks are a type of alien and the idea of a human being turned into one of them by nanobots is odd.

I think that's a great review but I am baffled why, in the review and in the comments too, the Bin Laden's Dead episode gets a pass.  I really thought that was show's low point, and the scene with Don and pilots was the worst instance of this show laying it on far, far too thick.

"The tyranny of the British monarchy".  Really?

The Graveyard Book wasn't dark at all, it doesn't have a moment of menace and the main character's name never once stops being annoying.  I love most of Gaiman's stuff but I could not understand the unfettered praise that got piled onto this tedious book.  There's a short story in "Fragile Things" which he describes

The books are magnificent and it sounds from the review like the film does a good job of capturing their tone.  That leaves me niggled by the grade…
