Kermit didn't sing "Bein' Green" with Ray Charles on Sesame Street; Their duet of the song was in a guest spot on The Cher Show.

My favorite segments from these two episodes include An Evening at the Pops, Muppet Labs with Peter Ustinov, Somebody Done Somebody Wrogn Song, the Panel Discussion, You Do Something to Me, Bein' Green (though I prefer the one from the Peter Sellers episode), The Snerfs, The Gawky Birds, I'm My Own Grampaw, and Wayne

I give the Harvey Korman show an A- and the Lena Horne one a B-. Pretty much everything from the Harvey Korman episode was great (the only weak spot being the News Flash), while my favorite acts from the Lena Horne episode are the RaggMopps, The Swedish Chef making spaghetti, and the closing number.

The early seasons of The Simpsons seem more like animated comic strips to me. Not so much with Family Guy.

I give the Paul Williams episode an A, the Charles Aznavour epsiode a B+. My favorite acts from these include: "All of Me", Muppet Labs, the "silence" poem, the bit with Paul and the large monsters, Wayne and Wanda's rendition of "You Do Something to Me" (a song which would be performed again in the Peter Ustinov

My favorite Sideshow Bob episode is "The Italian Bob".

I like both the episode, but give them both a b-. Some of my favorites from these episodes include "Money", Scooter's introduction, both UK spots, Jim Nabor's closing number, the "Galley-O-Hoop-Hoop", and "Happy Together".

I don't think Great Muppet Caper is "definatley a product of the '80s" — I'd describe The Muppets Take Manhattan as that. I find most of the Muppet movies timeless, with Muppets Take Manhattan the most obvious a product of it's time. Great Muppet Caper, to me, feels more like a '60s or '70s movie.

I often think of Marge's "Anyone who'll beat you up is not your friend" line. I know it's just a cartoon, but DUH, Marge! Not everyone can be your friend, and just because they're not your friend doesn't mean they wont beat you up for wearing a shirt.

I agree, the first two segments are great, the third is dull-ish. Surprised that the linking story isn't mentioned here.

I can only grade the episodes as one, but I give episode 4 an A- and episode 5 an A.

No mention of The Goggalalla Jubilee Jugband???

I like all the flashback episodes, but I wouldn't say this is the best of them.

Ironically, one of the phrases Homer suggests Bart use, "Cover for me", is what got Homer's life endangered in the first place.

This is one of my favorite episodes of the second season.

It may be titled "Bart Gets an F" but I gave the episode an A. I wonder if anybody gave "Bart Gets an F" an F.

With the practice of reviewing two episodes at once, I wonder if there'd be any way to rate both episodes seperately. I'd like to give both these episodes an A (though I feel the Joel Grey one should get a little lower grade… I really like the raw, early episode feel of it, I enjoy most of the sketches, but I can see

I'd say pretty much all of the Krusty episodes are good. My favorites being this one, Krusty Gets Kanceled, and Bart the Fink. I also like most of the Sideshow Bob episodes, which usually top the previous ones (my least-favorite Sideshow Bob episodes are Sideshow Bob Roberts and Sideshow Bob's Last Gleaming).

My favorite A. Brooks character is Hank Scorpio. Him and Russ Cargo are the only ones I really like.

I always thought it was strange that most of the characters seemed to act out-of-character in this episode (it seems Homer and Marge swapped personalities), but it's still one of the best episodes of the first season.
