Eh, but they're still getting the pageviews regardless? What's wrong with reviewing a commercial pop album? Genres shouldn't matter as much. I'm glad I can enjoy 1989 one minute and then next listen to Loveless or Dig Me Out. If you don't like it that's fine, but it's silly to skew the scores by ranking it as an F

The community grade score is lame. Fs? C'mon.

I fail to see a correlation between a shitty number one and a lack of great music at the present.

I like the new "Crazy in Love"?

Yawn. Y'all are missing Real Estate. And La Roux, but it just came out so that's fair.

A Sunny Day in Glasgow, "In Love With Useless"
Allie X, "Catch"
La Roux, "Uptight Downtown"
EMA, "So Blonde"
Iggy Azalea, "Fancy"
Real Estate, "Talking Backwards"
Royksopp & Robyn, "Do It Again"
Lana Del Rey, "West Coast"
X priest X, "Isn't It So"
Lykke Li, "Gunshot"

I usually disregard most of the pop/dance reviews here.

How?

Aw, man. It's already hard enough to admit you include Scream in your top ten favorite movies.

She's more known for "The Way" than the Mika song.

Yeah, I think Lorde is great. "Ribs" is among my favorite songs from 2013.

Uh, does this guy not realize he actually sounds kind of racist? Perhaps racist is too strong of a word, but it's almost there.

It's such an important song! He had the wrong year, which is blasphemous.

Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" wasn't from 2003.

Good observation. I remember that line now that you mention it.

Oh c'mon. It's 100% Kylie and it's getting good reviews elsewhere.

I didn't like that the review didn't point out that Adam's behavior isn't wholly justifiable. There's an argument to be made that he's being an asshole in some ways. I also didn't find Hannah to be narcissistic in regards to Marnie or Shoshanna.

I thought the Lily Kane murder mystery and the bus crash mystery (to a lesser extent) to be a big part of the show. I thought they were pretty great mysteries in and of themselves. Granted, now that I'm not 14 and 15 I can now see that the bus crash was a little ridiculous, but I still think the first season's mystery

I thought this episode was a decent improvement over last week's utter disaster. I enjoyed Lena and I liked her how stellar and delightful real personality boiled over into the show.

But Rebecca is just as self-absorbed as Hannah and co. are, just in a different way.
