The best part was that you didn't know what was going on and that it didn't matter. Depressing review.

The former.
Okay, so the best episode is the prom episode or maybe the first Day Man, but still, fuck you.
Wow, this was was an A. Maybe the smartest episode of the season, about the third or so funniest. But then, I thought "Frank's Brother" was way funnier than that piece of shit "Storm of the Century" episode. So maybe you people are just fucking stupid.
Shit, I thought they did "Bad As They Seem," but I was wrong. Point still stands, though, here's a list of all videos by ep:
The best B&B videos were obscure indie and metal stuff, or 80s cheese. I'd love to see their criticisms of Poison/etc. redirected at Nickelback/etc. Their video selection was never that current and big mainstream artists—Snoop, Nirvana, Madonna—were always a treat because they were used sparingly.
Agreed. I'm fine with it. I've been a huge skeptic of this project and one of the things that's winning me over is how much of the aesthetic is in place.
I find that the reality stuff makes the show feel too insulated w/in MTV. They do an okay job with some of the jokes—"Just bad people" and "Dove model" were perfect—but it still feels off to me.
I, for one, was pretty pissed that they didn't follow through on the Bon Jovi tease.
Yeah, DVR makes this kind of pointless, but I was wondering what the logic was here. Is there anyone who was watching B&B in the 90s who isn't watching Sunny now?
Yeah, the 15 or so Yuengling I consumed watching football all day had me abusing the DEM bit with the explosion, but not so much the Commodore. The stroke was cheap. I wasn't at all looking forward to a big silly guns-blazing showdown, but maybe something that involved some clever writing and an intricate set-up.
You people are pretty fucking sick. I'm 29 and teach college students, and most of them look about four years younger than I remember the undergrads looking when I started college. Even my 22 year-old seniors mostly look like little kids.

Sorry, but 12 fucking hours is a lot of time to invest in a piece of entertainment.
How much deus ex machina can you stuff into an hour of television? This show is fucking terrible right now, but it's so hard to quit watching one of the few shows that I've invested so much time into. But no, this is bad television.
My problem with this show is that they won't stick to the pacing. Every time we get some interesting plot developments or actually start to care about some of the characters, it's as if a writer goes, "Oh shit, that's going to bore people, we'd better awkwardly shove in a pussy shot and/or someone getting stabbed in…
That could very likely be the APD, though I wouldn't rule out that it's some connection to Gus. But it does seem more likely that the APD would be tracking Jesse. After rewatching the last minutes of the show a few times, it definitely feels less like a solid resolution to the series than it did before. There's…
No comment on the person taking pictures of Walt and Jesse shaking hands? Really? And I think Walt was facing off with Mike at the end there. ALSO, it's clear that the real villain is the German multi-national. Expect a LOT of Gus flashbacks next season.
The A story was okay. Smartly done, somewhat original—just not that funny. The Todd thing wasn't funny at all. I enjoyed it, it just wasn't good comedy.
Use of the word "diddling" was the best part of the show. Dare I say it, it was funnier than "rum ham."
