Also: Don't go pay money to see World War Z. Quite possibly the most annoying movie I have ever seen, and this would be annoying at the 10 minute mark. And don't see it in IMAX 3D. Worst misuse of the summer movie slush fund ever.

Matthew Fox was apparently a "paratrooper" in World War Z. That he got killed off speaks for itself.
I pretty much watched the entire series of X-Files while on the road back in '05 and aside from the finale this was the one episode that made me sit up and watch. Discounting seasons 3 and 4 of course…
"I'm all right!"
I'm Jack!

@avclub-00989c20ff1386dc386d8124ebcba1a5:disqus I think that Richard III has held up pretty well since the "let's do a Shakespeare movie every three months" heyday of the mid-90's. If anything, it creates it's own world that isn't over the top like Luhrmans's R+J.
Joe Walsh tends to make most things better, including albums by the Eagles.
To paraphase, I've met Salman Rushdie, and you're no Salman Rushdie.
@avclub-e53fc2424af041d07a7eef5cd8773505:disqus Your continued response along these lines is also douchey but also asinine. I am merely responding in the same manner.
@nealehead:disqus Yeah, but none of that has stopped his bitching. Thanks for playing.
Up was the first Pixar film I watched since probably Monsters Inc and I did so simply because I was out of work, depressed, and having to live in a minorly hostile environment with my brother, his second wife, and their mixed family. It was fun, but that's in regards to the movie, not the living situation.
@avclub-99b410aa504a6f67da128d333896ecd4:disqus Throatpunched for simply bringing it up. Cheers.
The Rites of Spring would like to have a talk with you. Nearly a hundred years later, of course, but I'm sure it'll be a good discussion.
I don't necessarily follow the Cannes winners from year to year, but I was under the impression that Dowd was going to do every year in sequence. So much for reading too much into the italics.
I'm liking this simply because I can. Cheers to you, Archmage.
The initial problem with this is that you would never find yourself working with them in the first place. Don't like sports shows? Automatic "we'll keep your resume in consideration".
NO.
How's the world treating ya Norm?
I always figured his father was an ex-Green Beret or ex-SAS. Made the most sense in my booze-addled mind.
