Uh, it was in a mall.  Would you expect Faygo to be represented in a mall scene, let alone a movie directed by Spielberg and starring Cruise?  I tend to dislike blatent product placement as well but let's have some sense of reality.

The Last Boy Scout had the first review I had ever read that had two different ratings—all based upon how you approached the movie.  I have always sided with the 3.5 star, and will defend this movie as just good mindless blow 'em up fun that nearly had a decent plot.

Kinda surprised that the scene from Minority Report wasn't mentioned, as I think it was one of the key parts of escape from the bad guys.

I was the same age as @avclub-577bf73a564d1fd9878f3c70f931a066:disqus for ROTJ and even then I didn't care for the Ewok part.  Can't say I hate them (I reserve that for JarJar) but I even tried getting into the Saturday morning Ewok cartoon and still didn't care for them, even if it was Star Wars.
