@Doc  It obviously wasn't Andrea, since she was in the town pestering everyone and fretting about where the Governor was.  The person was suited up in all that gear was because their job was:  "You're driving a bunch of viscous, biting zombies into a prison, release them, and then escape"  It's be stupid NOT to be

I'm a pretty staunch supporter of aggressive gun control, and even I found Phil Dyess-Nugent's hand wringing fucking annoying.  Worry about actual kids running around with guns ( at-risk inner city youth, unsupervised children in a gun rich environment, child soldiers) rather then a fictional show.  As a (not so) wise

No, No, No.  But when he runs out of money, he'll make a hastily constructed, and much more shittier, "AMC 2"

Passing thoughts:

Andrea?

I didn't

That interior monologue would really just consist of white noise, I rekon.

I also hated the really zombie-like reaction from the anonymous masses.  They were all like, "Rawr!  I'm scared!   We want answers!  We want to leave!"  And then she gives an empty speech, filled with feel-goodery, that offers no real solutions, and they're instantly appeased and disperse.

Gay people are sacred!  How dare Archer make any jokes at their expense!  It's almost like… they're equal, or something!

It's either Retro-futurism, or "We'll draw whatever the fuck we want".

Sometimes they need to cross the border to get cheap cigarettes and gas.

Maybe it was just to tie in with the "Norman Bates" comment Ron says to Archer?  Also, I don't care how un-PC it is:  A grown man dressed as an infant will always, always be weird and silly.

True. My bad for flying off the handle.  Soh-rey.  :(

We might not have the looks, poise and grooming as the Americans, but man, we give good oral.

Stephen Harper is a lot of things, (maybe even an asshat, I can't really fault that) but you make the internet weep when you bring out the word "Nazi".  In addition, our "Nazi Asshat" PM's leadership actually got out country through this whole global recession thing pretty much unscathed.  Something that your poor

As a canuck, I admired Paul Gross after watching Slings and Arrows, but before that, he always seemed lackluster.  Not bad mind you, but he was just a recognizable Canadian celebrity you see pop up from time to time.  To me, none of his roles really forced him to act as well as he does in this show.

Canadian Netflix:  Same as American Netflix, but regulated by a paranoid Governmental body terrified that watching more American shows will somehow destroy Canadian culture.

I'm quite certain some of the scriptwriters and/or producers on Slings and Arrows were British, simply due to the fact that some slang on the show is never, ever, ever used by Canadians, no matter the generation.  The most glaring one is "fag" for "Cigarette"  That's extensively British, and I have never heard a

You know that Canada, especially southern freaking Ontario (which this location is based) has a spring and fall as well?  Despite the stereotypes, we have more then "winter" and "not winter"

Some people aren't into cookie nipples.
