Break out the graph paper
I've heard about the drawing-your-own-dungeon mechanic before, but is it necessary? I like it when you're given a fully functioning automap, but I still prefer the thing actually draw the basic walls for me. Seemes a bit tedious to force people to do every little thing unless it's optional.

Bottles for ever-y-body!
Yes, we all know how crazy kids get when they see the boobies. I mean, they get scarred pretty much once they start getting fed. Right fellas?

Yes!
Yeah, you hit the right balance. I'm really happy with this article. The old stories are sometimes pretty tough to get through, and the anachronistic social theories are a bit wearying at times, but they're still interesting, especially how they defy what the pop-culture name of Conan has come to mean. The

Never mind comic books and video games…
Popular culture is maybe too popular, in that once it gets past a certain point, you can't really ban or control a medium anymore. You more get at why people emulate behavior they see.

It's a popular book
School in space… Tell me why it's a good book, again? I keep forgetting.

Art of Hunting vs. Wholesale Slaughter Wankfests
A friend of mine had one of their games, Big Game Hunter or something. It had predators in it, too, and you actually DID stalk through the wilderness, looking for signs of the animals you were looking for, keeping quiet, trying not to leave a trail, trying to stay out

Momism+last words
If the ill effects HAD been explained, would they have been taken any more seriously?

etymology
Is "soothsayer" the new euphemism for liar (the former being Public Relations)?

FFffft
Aerial… Is this the Rebellion or something? I hope it's angels, because aerial warfare makes me think Spitfires.

I must have been detached from the hive mind for too long;
I feel like the second game's alternate main character made the 1st game's banter feel all too standard. And Halo 1's homogeneous levels and horrible end sequence makes it hard for me to imagine playing it again. I did like all the different factions, for

Solving that Jesus thing
Final years of Jesus' life, or some time in Rome as an alternate. It's not really a contest; even if no one believed me I could write a heck of a book (or write it in modern English and hide it somewhere if it looked like I'd die).

Yeah, I wasn't expecting the denouement there. I don't think Ellroy picks up on it, though, because later he leans on Blood's a Rover, seeming to put an emphasis on him having at least read THAT one. Maybe he just assumes it'll be the case.

So much for that Christian education thing. Or at least, what is commonly held to be a Christian education… at least publicly… never mind.

Better that they're out in the open than hiding it with acceptable terms
I like that we can just throw money at something and that's supposed to call it good.

Jackie Chan said no
This is the same production that the Coast Guard warned would have unsafe waterborne stunts. I thought this crazy bullshit was limited to stunt professionals (IF they agree to it).

I guess vaginas are just shorthand for horrifying and incomprehensible orifices.

Leaning Back a Bit
Did he key in on Discovery because they're ostensibly the most environmentally conscious network?

Is there a Relationship?
Was waiting for this for a while :)

Whoa, whoa! Wait a minute, let me explain!!
So, is it a moon CALLED Endor, or is it a moon of Endor that happens to have a forest on it? Why can't they just be specific??

Yes.
There's at least 2 down, with one I recognize that's in the works. It's like you have some sort of magnetic power. Use it for good.
