Yes, not only is Simon a severed head but he's a self-aware severed head held in suspension. As Fringey a concept as I've ever seen.

Cookie Monster: You need to rewatch the last episode from season 2. Harrow offered to go when Nucky called Jimmy and offered up Manny. There was no doubt amongst Jimmy's crew who killed Angela.

True story - circa 1958 L. Ron Hubbard made a bet with Philip K. Dick that he could take all that Dianetics crap he'd been spewing for the last 10 years, form his own fake religion to bilk huge amounts of cash from rich celebrities and make himself a millionaire.

Rubber Soul is the only one of the pre-Pepper Capital track lists that may actually be on par with the UK EMI one. "I've just seen a face" just seems more appropriate to the intimate folk-rock context of the rest of the album than "Drive My Car". The exclusion of "Nowhere Man" from the US version does hurt though.

That wasn't The Who, regardless of Townshend and Daltry being on the same stage. "Hope I die before I get old", in retrospect Moon the Loon's turned out to be the smart one.
