All to the tune of a pop-punk version of a beloved song.

It will get you a makeover montage.

@ ElDan…

I thought it was all of the Pabst Blue Ribbon.

The Simpsons and South Park have both managed to make me cry (however embarassing that may be). Family guy just makes me uncomfortable.

It makes me laugh, but I find it exhausting. The jokes are random, but the run of an episode is so predictable. I am thankful whenever a "remember that time…" statement doesn't turn into a flashback.

I don't know if I can bring myself to face it! It's haunted me for years, haha.

I saw Existenz (I don't feel like looking up the wonky capitalization) when I was about ten. I didn't realize what movie it was until recently…I just had terrible flashbacks about a gun made of bones and those damn pods. Scarred for life.

Agreed.

I hope she prematurely wrinkles and ruins her perfect tan skin. (Ah…a pale girl's rage).Whenever I see a hot, young starlet like Megan Fox, I always wish the worst upon them.

It was pretty balanced between fun and horror. I wouldn't say it was wonderful, but I had a good time while I was watching it. Definite midnight movie material…

Megan Fox makes me hate myself. Sigh.

That's exactly what I thought of when I saw the trailer.

The trailer reminds me of a sexed-up version of "Teeth"…

Oops, I meant Genevieve! The thread below threw me off.

I'm assuming that they didn't freeze Harry for the same reasons Tasha mentioned. It's hard to get emotion out of a petrified dude covered in an invisibility cloak.

What was the critical reception like when LotR was published? I am just curious. I wonder if the insane popularity of the HP series makes people more critical towards it.

The HP series is a really easy read, and I think it will withstand the test of time because it appeals to such a large demographic. You have the people who grew up with it passing it on to their own children, and so on.

I am right with you Jay. I am 20, and just realized that the books have been a part of my life for about 10 years. The final book came out the year I graduated from high school, and the final movie is going to be released when I graduate from college. If that doesn't mark the end of my childhood, I don't know what

Damn, I thought Freaks and Geeks was in 2000.
