Dear "upset": Although I didn't care for "The Ring" that much, most everything you said makes a lot of sense (e.g., "Safe Zones" in horror movies, et al). I also appreciate your solid grasp of grammar.

I got all excited when I saw both Jamie Hector and Andre Royo listed in the opening credits. Then Bubbles never showed, and I'd felt kind of deflated ever since. So I'm glad this has pretty much been explained.
