If you want to compare the two shows, you could say The Sopranos had WAY MORE developed characters than Breaking Bad and just this fact make them totally different shows. This put The Sopranos more in the Wire/Mad Men category. Breaking Bad is a bit more like a very long movie haha.

In their own ways, you could say College or Pine Barrens were at least on the same level as Ozymandias. But seriously, those two shows are really different.
