@avclub-1ef83ff6aceb6847da6c91867e20611b:disqus The Brooklyn Super Hero Supply store is one of the most genuinely awesome places I've ever been to — and not because they stick to their theme and idea, but because it's such a wonderful cause.

I will quietly cheer on the Red Sox this year, and only because the Mets aren't around to beat them in the World Series.

Camper Van Beethoven is vastly underrated in terms of influence, and it's a damn shame because Telephone Free Landslide Victory is a brilliant and complete album — not a landmark, per se, and certainly nothing as revolutionary for the time being, but I think it set the bar for the kind of stoner rock that would

"Oh, you know."

Television's Marquee Moon and Adventure.

"The Humpty Dance," Digital Underground.

The new Mazzy Star album is my second favorite thing I've heard all year, second only to King Khan and the Shrines' Idle No More.

The Adventures and Misadventures of Maqroll by Alvaro Mutis. Got it for my birthday some time ago, from a friend who also recommended (and equally loved) The Savage Detectives.

As a Mets fan, I'd also like to express my fondness for that particular team to win the ALCS.

Thank you, @LJo1:disqus . I'm still going up to NYRR to get my shirt, because, damn it, I paid for it, and I didn't get one last year.

There's three that I know of:

We both worked at the college radio station in our senior. It was my first year as on-air talent (always wanted to, never found the time) and she was the student station manager.

*Plays the panflute, hits a kick-drum on an old suitcase and plays a violin that's way the fuck out of tune at Union Square*.

NOT GREAT, BOB.

The Cramps - "Can't Find My Mind"
Television - "See No Evil"
The White Stripes - "You Got Her In Your Pocket"
The Zombies - "Maybe After He's Gone"
Kid Koala - "Barhopper II."

When I think about Shelbyville's statue of Shelbyville Manhattan, it's a wonder that in later seasons the show would try to position it as a more elite place.

"We'll take it back, or we'll choke their rivers with our dead."

He's showing off just how smart his gimmick is: He started off as dumb and obnoxious. Then for some weird, inexplicable reason, he became a literate, functioning contributor, and now he's regressing into crap once again.

Previews were available through certain cable systems, I believe. Otherwise, the official release is set for Oct. 11th.

(Classic Who song) - (the awesome raging part where Keith Moon joins the band) + (Speak-and-Spell spelling out the band name of Limp Bizkit) = ??WTF??
