My dad hates how in commercials celebrity spokesvoices are taking jobs away from the real pros. For example, Jon Hamm for Mercedes commercials. The commercials never use his name nor do they show him, but they'll use a celebrity for the narration.

Blame it on zoning regulations. Young creative type people flock to area because of its good location and cheap rent. Area becomes fashionable.
