I remember hearing rumors at the time of Vols 1 & 2 that Tarantino filmed stuff with Vernita Green's daughter to do just that. In which case you use that as the plot of Vol 3, then use BB's revenge against said daughter as the plot of Vol 4, and then the world collapses on itself and no one cares about a Vol 5.

I installed some Sesame Street app on my phone that links to all of their videos on YouTube. My three year old has forced me to watch "1234" and the Pentatonix songs more times than Count Von Count can count.
