Also wearing only one strap on one side, for all those one-sleeved evening gowns one wears on a daily basis.

It sucks because bra size changes if you gain even five pounds. Or if you lose five pounds. Also, different brands and styles work for different gals and it's hard to find one that works. I've had luck with Wacoal's juniors line b. tempt'd (I don't know why it's so hard to find a good A cup bra without resorting to

I liked that we got to see Melody's point of view so much during the episode. She was in such a tough position, weighing her ideals with practical concerns. This episode was the perfect place to focus on her character. (Fun wikipedia fact: Marlee Matlin was at the Deaf President Now Gallaudet protests.)

I hope we get more of The Adventures of Mouse and Sebastian. I think I care about their weird little friendship more than Carrie and Sebastian's relationship.

Oh, good. We've been waiting for your thought on this series.  Do go on. I love hearing people complain about the coverage of a show they've never watched.

ABC Family promos try to make Switched at Birth and Bunheads seem like they fit in with their slate of overly dramatic teen soaps; the promos rarely represent the shows themselves.

I'll second your recommendation. The premise makes the show seem like it would be silly but it really knows its characters and their reactions to the various plot twists are realistic and understandable. I just blazed through the first season in the past few weeks and I'm completely loving this series.

I thought about that scene, too. It does seem like they're heading in a sisterly direction: bumping against each other sometimes but turning to each other when things get bad. The first person Daphne turned to after finding her mother passed out was Bay; obviously, that conversation didn't happen, but it shouldn't be

What are you talking about? None of those things ever happened. There was no murder. There was no Santiago. There was no Christian radio station. Only Coach gazing at you, a look of restrained pride on his face letting you know that you did good.

The Bait Shop.

Adrienne Rich's "From an Atlas of the Difficult World" never fails to get me.

That line always makes me well up.

I just remembered this one:

No! I am not Prince Hamlet, nor was meant to be;
Am an attendant lord, one that will do
To swell a progress, start a scene or two,
Advise the prince; no doubt, an easy tool,
Deferential, glad to be of use,
Politic, cautious, and meticulous;
Full of high sentence, but a bit obtuse;
At times, indeed, almost ridiculous—
Almost,

it's particularly bad if you read it on your phone.

It's changed back and forth a couple times in the last two days. So I can't tell if I just need to get used to a new comments section or if I should continue being annoyed.

They seem to have stopped having mohawks, if this show is any indication. So now they need to have tattoos. Brooke's are cute, but Kristen's not as much.

My favorite part was "Marty in mid-air".

It looks like Second Life or the Sims, only not as good.

Our dads are the same. My dad hated hated the Berenstein Bears and still hates any doofy dad commercial. Oddly, though, he loves Raymond.
