That thank-you note killed me dead. First, the note itself and then that she made a duplicate.

I am never too proud to Google what the kids are doing. Per Wikipedia: "Keek is a free online social networking service that enables its users to upload video status updates, which are called 'keeks'. . . Keek has been described as 'the Twitter for video.'"

I thought the confession while sitting on the floor in sparkly prom dresses was nicely done. Maybe because it reminded me of high school dances when my friends and I ended up having a heart-to-heart by the lockers instead of dancing. Regardless, it was a sweet little friendship moment.

If that's the case, I demand Billy.

She is 17 and the nineties are back with the kids (I hear), so maybe she thought it was retro? I have no idea. I wish it had been more in line with Bay's previous street art.

That sounds awesome. What a great way to build that character.

My favorite awful line from that number was "Let's do it for our country".

It was fun to see Emily and Nolan on a mission together again (especially with Nolan in that yellow life vest). Their relationship is what made me love the show initially and there hasn't been enough of them together this season.

Oh, that's because in the beginning, the Internet was only AOL chat rooms and forums about Clarissa Explains It All and the Baby-Sitters Club.

My computer class teacher always recommended we use Dogpile. I completely forgot about that website.

I've really turned on Padma this season. Before she was easily ignored, just there to say "Glad family of products" or whoever is sponsoring now. But this season she's really turned up the pretension and condescension to an awful level.

Oh Cappie. I'm glad he's getting work at least.

Oh! I totally forgot. The bed floats into the air whenever they make out.

What is happening to our young romantic male leads? First, there's the squishy-faced kid who plays Peeta in Hunger Games and now this kid. I weep for the 14-year-olds of today.

I halfway like the the first book in this series, even though it's basically a reverse Twilight (It's narrated by a boy! Who loves a supernatural girl! And they shouldn't be together!). The authors were going for a Southern gothic vibe, which they achieved pretty well. The town has the stock quirky Southern characters

COMPTROLLER.

I really liked Jane by Design. I'm a sucker for the small-town girl in the big city narrative, I guess.

Totally agree. It was delicious watching Helen go down.

My favorite part of that duet was when Jennifer Hudson is going all out and killing it then it's McPhee's turn and all that happens is a breathy "ooooooooooo".

Exactly.
