Late to the party, as usual, but I finally watched the first 3 hours of the show. I waited until now (Friday before the 4th hour/3rd eppy) because I knew this was going to be one of 'those' shows - I'd either adore it because it's in my wheelhouse and I'd obsess until the next Sunday or I'd be so sorely disappointed…

I can see that too - and will Carson ask the new guy to clean up the blood after I gouge my eyes out? I'll leave a note… 'Bates did it.'

Loved this episode in the same way I love banging my head against a wall. Nice to know the walls are sturdy, but ouch!

And that kitchen. It's so darn clean. The props folks couldn't afford veggies to scatter around?
