Don't forget Liz Lemon as the mysterious Kenneth Toilet Hole.

This was the first episode I watched, and I'm totally lost. It feels like a weird half-way point between a Tim and Eric-style show and a traditional sketch comedy. I'm so intrigued, and I want to watch more. I wasn't a big fan of "Can I Finish?" given the stale-ish subject matter and the fact that it just devolved

I'll jump on defending the reviewer too. I sometimes disagree with Donna, but she understands what makes the show tick and what it's doing now that didn't work in the past. Her critiques about the show's problems are very consistent, and you can adjust the grade accordingly based on that.

I am both curious and afraid about what how you'll react once he finally does meet the mother.

Alright Brandon, you're on. I'm a big fan of Adult Swim's weirder output, like Tim and Eric's shows and TGEITH, but I need to make an effort to sit down and watch their bigger stuff like Childrens Hospital. This is the year!

The best CYOA is definitely "You Are a Shark," just for the title. It's like releasing a book called "Whatever, Fuck It."

It occurs to me now that I never actually read the original CYOA book because I was a fan of the Goosebumps equivalent, and interestingly, those ones skirted some of the issues that you raised here. The Goosebumps books had absolutely no pretense besides being a unending series of horrific slaughter and torture, so

I just love the sneering contempt he has for garbage day, like it's completely below him.

We've found their weak spot! Spread word to the other studios!

By complete coincidence I finished watching The Shining MINUTES before I saw this episode. I'm close to crying with laughter.

As a proud new owner of the BCB, I'm happy to say that there's a lot of extra material. With a few exceptions (like Dr. Brule's trip to the health food store and a fantastic segment about geography), it's very much raw and unedited for consumption. This means there's no weird editing mistakes, so it's mostly just long

Excellent strategic use of "apocalypse now."
