Great review. Very true of the film. However, have a look at this piece, which demonstrates some of the (somewhat needed) high points within the film. There were undoubtedly some hidden moments of wonder in this production which should always be talked about…

Man, I love this film. Perhaps the Coen Brothers' best. And Turturro and Goodman create the most engaging on-screen chemistry possible. If you have the time, have a look at this really interesting article on the phenomenon that is John Goodman. It makes for some good post- AV reading.
