Also — and I do not particpate in the anti-Dunham hate, BUT: Joss Whedon worked in TV and flm, sometimes uncredited, for 10 years before getting to run a show at the WB. Lena Dunham made one movie and then was granted a creator/writer/star role on an HBO show. Not quite the same.
