If she is shady and goes after Nolan, then I say poor Padma because Emily will eventually cut a bitch.

Did anyone else notice, while he was making his move on the CFO, that Gabriel Mann has the most massive hands? I am sure other things happened in this episode, but seriously all I can recall is that his hands were trying to swallow her face.

Damon does need a friend, and I have a feeling this new hunter is not going to be so open to an alcohol soaked bromance with a vampire. So basically, BRING BACK ELIJAH to be Damon's friend.

Yeah, i kind of lost it when they cut to Damon at Alaric's tomb. I started to get a handle on it, but then they panned to Alaric sitting next to him and basically I am about to start crying again just thinking about it.

See, I had the opposite reaction. I can't even with Sam and his stupid hair and his whining. Also, Dean was just in Purgatory for a year and Sam didn't even try to look for him. I think he has a right to be a bit pissed about that. Though, I might be biased as I find Dean delightful and couldn't imagine wanting to…

I imagine the issue is that he was tortured. I am pretty sure (in as far as you can trust The West Wing to be accurate) that court's won't admit evidence obtained during torture.

Agreed. I thought he might be on something in that scene, which wouldn't be too surprising what with being a cop and having lost a child.

Is "backpocketing" similar to "back burnering"? Basically, Carli knows that Simon is into her, she enjoys that, doesn't nec. want to be with him, but doesn't want him to be with anyone else? Because, this is pretty much what goes on in the UK version, and Carli isn't really so nice in that version.

I am pretty sure that Conrad told Daniel about the WHM last season when he told Daniel everything terrible he and Victoria had done. Also agree on being excited to see what JR Bourne is around for.

Agreed. It's pretty much impossible to not care about Nolan. The more that man is on my tv screen the better, and while I do prefer Nolan and Emily scenes, I'll accept awkward Nolan romance scenes as well.

Honestly, I prefer Klaus and Elijah to Stefan and Damon (ok maybe not Damon). There are places they can go with Klaus's character, and I can see Caroline being an avenue the writers use to humanize him. Plus, I just feel that Joseph Morgan is a delight, and I trust the writers to sort out his character in the long run.
