I didn't watch this show very much as a kid, but Sightings scared the hell out of me. Their intro went through every single possible supernatural entity: Aliens… Ghosts… Monsters… Psychics and finally ended with THE UNKNOWN. Also it taught me what spontaneous human combustion was.
