I'm really glad that in the first season they didn't turn him into Cyclops or something and have him be the team leader in action (he's even second to Bill!) or the reason why the team goes together or something. The trailers that played before this had Tom Cruise doing hot rod-driving and beating people up in some dumb revenge flick, and Taken 2. After watching this film, I would much rather see a sequel to the A-Team film.

I'm also glad they didn't try to force a romance between random Chinese CIA agent girl and anyone else. The only on-screen love story is between Jason Statham and his cheating fiance, and it's actually pretty funny.

Yeah, between the denouement of the Avengers and of The Dark Knight Rises, I've had enough of cheesy flying around ruined urban cityscapes blowing up random cities. Unless it's in a kaiju film. At least Expendables 2 didn't have that.
