Thanks for the list of bands to avoid!
1.6? That's just troll status.
This episode had excellent production values- in the sense that every bit of P&R awesomeness from the gauche Pawnee courtroom art, to the Li'l Sebastian plushie, to Leslie's first foray into iMovie, to ridiculous anachronistic laws, was there and provided great hilarity. But I guess partly the struggle felt hollow.…
It's because the Scranton branch is the heart of the beast.
The show actually kind of answered it via Jim: unease with having a spouse work with you.
Creed's a free spirit. Who WOULDN'T want to sneak out of the Dunder-Mifflin office to fly RC helicopters while your bosses were distracted?
I think we can decry Outsourced while decrying Last Airbender and the inevitable Akira adaptation.
Val Kilmer was a good non sequitur line, though. Works for wrapping up the ep.
I guess it's pretty clear how far the show has fallen if we're arguing if a broken ankle is better than second-degree burns.
I think this is Shirley's *only* storyline of the season so far.
You mean snobbery that trolls? Sounds like it.
I like the show but I actually don't think Troy is that great. He'd be nothing without Abed.
Regarding those '90s non-Star Trek shows set on a ship- how does Andromeda compare to the three mentioned?
Fair enough, though I'd argue that "being too faithful to the source material" is a complaint I've never heard elsewhere before, in terms of ANY kind of adaptation. It's just such a rare problem. Maybe Zack Snyder, coming off of the success of 300, which itself kind of came off of the success of the mind-blowing…
The producers have confirmed that theory on "The Talking Dead", which I suppose is some talking heads behind-the-scenes podcast or something.
It's funny how you mention that episode, since David Chase did explain what happened to the Russian, just as it has been revealed by producers how Sophia was brought to the barn.
I guess to me it's the first time I've ever seen a fandom condemn a work for being ~*too*~ faithful. It makes me feel that they are zealots who can never be appeased, who have a sense of entitlement towards their work.
That sounds compelling.
What if your favorite music genre is "alternative"?
