What about the dead Grandpa in the Family Circus Christmas Special?

Also:  Ghost Dad.

agreed.  The CGI you see in the trailers is about all you see in the film.  One of the best constructed kids' movies of the last few years.

Little late to the ballgame on this one aren't we?  Heart2Heart is so last Wednesday.

FIRST!!!!!!!  Oh wait….

If Ice-T can play a New York cop why the hell not?

*toeing

Got to get my hands on that Cirith Ungol album.  Thanks for showing some love for prog/epic metal.

A whole chapter on Steak n' Shake?  At least he can still enjoy their marvelous shakes.  And maybe some of the condiments.

Unless Mary Baker Eddy's corpse has a cameo, I'm pretty sure that Courageous doesn't have much to do with Christian Science.

Or Ke$ha namedropping Mick Jagger.  WTF???????

Thank goodness Mr. Obama successfully closed Guantanamo within one year of taking office.  I hope that the DVD includes the cut footage of Donald Rumsfeld hanged in effigy.

"the power to win hearts and **blow minds**".   Nice.

KOTOR had a better plot than any of the three prequels.

I was that kid doodling firefights - long before I was aware of Animal House.

Surprised that Seattle band Seaweed didn't ride the Nirvana wave to popularity.  Sub-Pop label, Pacific NW cred, excellent songwriting, and charismatic lead singer with a radio-ready EP.   What happened?

I'm okay with this, too - wish that Lucas had been content just to clean up the matte work in the original trilogy.  The Special Edition Hoth battle looks *so* much better.

I had a witty comment but the text "Replying to The Invisible Handjob" is much funnier.

I was at the Auburn, WA show with my 13yo daughter.  Little did I know I was experiencing a piece of history.

Thanks for giving the Family Circus its due.  The early stuff maybe through the late 70s is some of the best stuff ever printed on a comics page.  Occasionally even edgy and off-color.  Not sure when or why Bil Keane went all Thomas Kinkade on us.
