First I saw of Hollaback Girl was Gwen on David Letterman, backed by a thirty member marching band and a bunch of cheerleaders. It was tres awesome and I've liked the song ever since.

a slightly overweight female protagonist who earns a college degree and successfully balances home and family commitments.
