I definitely preferred the first British series to the following ones, but they were all very good. And yeah…there are a lot of "government doesn't work that way problems" in the US version. I still can't get over the Speaker of the House stuff. I could have forgiven it if I found any of the character interaction

Yeah that's defintiely a part of it. A lot of my probems with House of Cards always came back to "Why does anyone trust this guy for a second, when they all seem to be aware that he's betrayed 20 people in the last 5 minutes?". His rise to power in the British version was so much more measured and believable by

Yes, I believe we had this conversation a month or so ago. I actually did get around to watching the original British version! It was interesting to see all the things that played out as laughable in the US version be so compelling.

Oh I did as well, it wasn't even a question. Maybe it was just that I work in/study American politics, but I found every major plot point of that show utterly laughable.

The Lindsay Buckingham/Stevie Nicks centered biopic that is probably 20 years away will be fantastic.

I would give it to George Martin, especially in the early days when the boys had no clue how to produce music. His influence definitely faded post Revolver when he became more of a school-master making sure they didn't go to crazy. Preston was pretty much just a guest musician on one album, I wouldn't call him "the

Bryan Cranston.

Yes to all of the above. I am always a fan of Ian McShane being in things and saying words.

I truly adored their relationship. Say what you will about the finale but their exchange makes me tear up every damn time.

Don't we all?

Doesn't that describe 90% of the AHS cast?

If it is done by Lance Reddick, it will look glorious

As long as there is John Barrowman man ass I'll take twelve.

They would probably have tremendous sex.
