Well for me I don't outright dislike any of them. I love almost all of them and the differences are minuscule. I also haven't listened to any of his audio dramas so sadly all I can base him on is the movie.

"Empty Child/The Doctor Dances" has earned Moffat a life time pass for me. He's written some clunkers but I can never come to outright hate the writer of that episode.

S2 is mostly notable for it's emotional gut punch of an ending. I also really enjoy "Impossible Planet/Satan Pit" and love "The Girl in the Fire Place". The only real miss steps are probably the Cybermen 2-parter and "Fear Her"

9 was fantastic, absolutely fantastic. His regeneration scene is also possibly my favorite out of all 10 we've seen. Just a perfect cap to an almost flawless performance. As sad as I am that he only did the one season, I wouldn't give up that regeneration seen for the world.
