If they set up another "Front Porch" type situation where Lily is obviously in the wrong but the show lets her get off easy I will probably stop watching until the finale.

Yeah if they did a cab style 13 episodes season it would have worked great

They need to out last NuWho and then quickly take the lead! They should be down around….2035?

I'll definitely add that to the list! It is an incredibly long list because I am so hopelessly behind on TV I need to watch. I suppose there are worse problems to have. When it comes down to it though I suppose I am actually looking forward to HoC Season 2 primarily for two reasons.

Also should I watch the British original? From what I hear it is much better than the netflix version. I also enjoy listening to British people talk.

How cruel of you! I am going to totally tweet about that because twitter is the only place where them young people get the news these days. Everything has to be boiled down to 141 characters and sources aren't necessary!

A Lannister always repays his debts…

Still not as bad as Fringe's attempts at being set in "Boston". There were several times that the town names flashed up on screen and I actually laughed out loud.

Yeah, originally that is what I thought they were going to do. Though I suppose that Frank would have done it in someone else's office because in that case it would have hurt him? I don't know.

Oh yeah I definitely get that part of it. That was one of the few things that I agreed with those friends on. Something about it just looked right. Then the illusion would be broken because one of the characters would say or do something utterly ridiculous.

Ideology matters way more to the voters than the politicians themselves. That is why the politicians who spout ideology constantly generally come from the gerrymandered districts that are either hyper conservative or hyper liberal. Their constituents usually only care about ideology, thus they become ideological

I KNOW. That would have been a massive scandal beyond any of Russo's drug use honestly, but its just passed of as completely normal. Beyond that, don't you think the campaign for governor of Pennsylvania would be centered in Philadelphia? Especially since he seems to be running with the support of that cities unions?

The scary thing was that some of my friends from my time working on the hill would text me and be like "This show is just like being back on the hill!". Like..really? Its just like creating 100 spread sheets a day and using pre-created templates to respond to every god-forsaken constituent email we received that day?

To me it felt like something that might have been left over from the original? British politics see electoral coalitions shift practically ever election so something along those lines doesn't seem as ridiculous..but because of the two party system American electoral coalitions generally last decades. If they had done

Well yeah, I suppose a fair amount of them are disingenuous, but the congress depicted in HoC is better suited to govern Westeros than a modern democracy.

Watching HoC felt like homework, whereas Scandal is just pure unadulterated fun.
