Didn't Keef sorta apologize to Mick about his tell all book (which was pretty great I may add)? - "As far as the book goes, it was my story and it was very raw, as I meant it to be, but I know that some parts of it and some of the publicity really offended Mick and I regret that."

I remember the Monday night after one of the SNL's with a Tonight Show parody (not the Carsenio one), Carson quipped in his monologue 'that next week there will be a 'comedy' version of the last Saturday Night Live.'

I'll add Bruno Kirby from CITY SLICKERS II and maybe a mention of Chuck - Ritchie's older brother from Happy Days in the first season. I mean I know this is about movie sequels 'n all so granted it's not the same thing, but that was the first time I remember a character's complete disappearance bothering me.
