I love that Grandpa is muttering about lying down during the commercial. He is one of my favorite characters because of his ridiculous old-ness

@jerodast:disqus  I doubt it's anything new. I wasn't participating in the comments last summer, but I would've likely chimed in to show my distaste for Gabe.

The audience was designed to hate Gabe. I don't know if you're privy to the rest of the series, but he does not ingratiate himself at all. Claire is a much more fascinating character without the tether that is Gabe.

This was a phenomenal season of Cougar Town. No regrets to call it one of my all time favorite shows…

But ah man, Acker and Caulfield play to different beats. I've heard of people hating one, the other, or both, but I find no fault with either. Anya is easily one of my all time favorite television characters.

At the risk of sounding off a minor argument at the end of the comment page, I don't think Megan and Don are a reiteration of Don and Betty. Betty's feelings rarely ever boiled over, she kept as tight a lid on them as Don. Megan's anger when Don walks in drunk is not a Betty move, but Don's actions veered close to how

It's sad that most of my conversations revolve around quoting them, and then explaining the hilarious context for the quote. Man…
