None of the other ones got me that freaked out. They were fun to watch, funny, a little scary, but never that offputting. I will admit that they did a good job making it scary.

One of the creepiest framing devices was the Halloween episode where the family has candy induced nightmares and Homer dreams of becoming a robot/Frankenstein monster. When Burns and Homer are sewn together, he wakes up screaming and Burns is still attached. The frame and the story blend together…
I was always more amused than scared of the Treehouse series. I'm glad that the show was in the full swing of things so early on. I mean, yes, there's about five-ish seasons of good left, but it's heartening to know that the first 9-10 years or so were so much fun to watch.
Yes. I grew up on television, but all I ever knew was the Simpsons. You know, pointing out TV lineage is easy with a show that has the satiric bite of Community, so comparing it to the Simpsons isn't that much of a stretch. So I have seen more than one Clip show, but Community and the Simpsons work well together as a…
Paradigms is a great episode. I described it to friends as a parody of Simpsons clip shows, except that it isn't as cheerfully cartoony or making fun of them. Badly thought out description notwithstanding, good job Community!
Man, Before Sunrise and Sunset are - give or take Manhattan and Annie Hall - my favorite movies.
Back half of season one, and most of season two. The finale of season two was so much fun, and You Don't Know How it Feels is an excellent episode. Don't worry if season one doesn't seem that funny, it gets better.
No ill will on my behalf, I happen to love the States. From F Scott to Woody Allen, but to choose Richler over Steinbeck is a Sophie's Choice moment…
We brought the world Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, a few cool films, plays and novels, and William Shatn…sorry.
This was a Faulkner with opium.
Joni…She deserves better. Her talent don't need the poster-girl for OK-ish-music. Next you know, they do a Calvin and Hobbes remake and star Bieber as Calvin. Ugh…
See below. You know, love buried slights yada yada. Bottom half of the paragraph. Maybe she's a bitch, but it doesn't seem like a one sided, "I hate my middle aged daughter" kind of way, it's just a lack of connection between two adults.
I missed the first six minutes, somehow ironically watching another episode on my laptop. Oh well…but I appreciated the ending. I sort of sympathize with Ellie and yet see her mother's side of things too. I get the impression there's a little more than love, but like any familial relationship it gets buried in strange…
Pretty soon there'll be a weird love triangle between Barney, Robin and Ted, a la Showtime.
Spaceman Spiff.
Hahaha! Well, she was blonde, has been on screen and…owns a yellow umbrella?
My reason for writing that was in fact to use the term "hippest cat".
Soccer Mom, hippest cat of the future.
I'm a little late on the bandwagon, but now that I'm watching GoF and rereading One Hundred Years of Solitude, I'd love to see HBO produce it. Also, I love this show.
I haven't watched these episodes fro six months, but I remember them favorably. Not my favorite Angel episodes (I really enjoyed the season three and four arcs) but still fin and dearly missed Cordy is a pleasure to see again and again.
