Actually I am pretty sure Bendis has said in interviews that this is Superior Spidey, he did sound more like Pete in this issue but there could be any number of reasons for that, months of living in Ultron world could have wrung a lot of the super villain out of him.

I'm on the first watchthrough too myself, but I have watched ahead a little and "Back, Back, and Back to the Future", "PK Tech Girl", and "That Old Black Magic" are all considerable steps up from what we've seen so far.

It may as well, Game of Thrones films in I believe 4 different countries as it's world-sprawling narrative requires an extremely varied style of locales. There's desert landscapes, frozen wastelands, more traditional looking english hillsides, and it's most central location is a walled medieval city on the coast.
