I have not enjoyed Simone's DC work since even before the New 52 but her Red Sonja book is A LOT of fun.

The Chris Claremont who wrote amazing comics may as well have died in 1991
Ultimate Spider-Man by Brian Michael Bendis is in my opinion the best take of the character ever, so that's going to top my list.
None of those books are even out yet, and most of them have interesting takes/and or creative teams that imply a serious level of editorial thought as to how and where and why they for in the marvel lineup.

My problems with the Dany storyline in book 5 have less to do with the subject matter and more to do with Daario and the fact that Martin is unable to actually progress the narrative until Victarion and Tyrion arrive and so while the reconstruction stuff is interesting and important it also just goes in circles.
Yes, Jaime Lannister. You know, the same character who has frequently stated his disgust and disdain for sexual violence and who spoke up to spare Brienne from getting raped.
I honestly think it was as simple as "we need to do something with this guy to make sure everyone remembers who he is for next season"
The books do actually address this eventually, I guess we'll see if the show bothers with it.
all bastards in the north are named snow, it's a regional thing.
We haven't seen him sjnce episode 7, it's obvious we are going to get one final scene tonight in which his torturer reveals himself to set up for next season.
7 is going to take place post-Tokyo Drift
