You’ve got to give Tesla credit. They mobilized the shit out of this effort

The most impressive thing about the whole endeavour would actually be legally building a supercharger within less than two weeks.

Y’all were bashing Tesla and this attempt for an entire week about this. gg

I haven’t experienced “those things”, so I’m not overlooking anything. I find my iPhone battery (for any current generation) is adequate unless I’m zoned out on it all day. Our son uses an iPhone 6s Plus and has no issues with battery life or performance. Only once have I had a charger fail over the time I’ve owned a

Wow, you don’t even attempt to utilize a coherent argument. It must be depressing to harbor such hatred for a company that makes products that you aren’t required to purchase.

What Tesla actually said:

Most laughable is the bit about long-term battery health as if Audi gives a fuck about reliability outside of their warranty.

So you want to nationalize the Supercharger Network, a private asset financed by Tesla investors as a strategic advantage? That would be a perfect way to destroy it (see history of all nationalized assets ever). If VW, etc. want their own network, build it. If the US wants a nationwide charging network, build it.

Don't apologise for shit Hogan. You spoke the truth and Audi fed you marketing garbage. Tesla for all their faults, has absolutely destroyed in battery and motor tech.

Tesla has most of what’s been outlined here. Their battery packs monitor/cool/heat on per cell level. You can’t replace specific modules as easily, but who has needed to? (Tesla degradation is <1% per year and the packs built in the last few years have been /very/ solid) Teslas also have heat pumps on the motors as,

You misspelled excuses.

And excuses, apparently.

P2 Platform V70R reliable???

Is it unique and cool in some way? Sure. Is it remotely reasonable to consider as a reliable, relatively affordable year-round daily driver? Not a chance.

If he just wants a cool hobby car to start conversation and drive to the airport once in a while, great, but that’s not at all what he asked for.

I mean, couldn’t *one* of you have given him a reasonable answer?  The only non-troll answer is the Acadia, and he literally said he had no use for an SUV.  I get that there’s a comedy element, but I thought there were supposed to be a few helpful suggestions?

185K? So, Tesla still has the market cornered on the whole premium EV sedan with the Model S then. I admittedly haven’t paid that much attention to this things development, but I thought this was actually meant to be a Model S competitor. At that price.... no.

Why are we shouting that Tesla “let” the driver do anything? Is the licensing process for operating these machines that meaningless now? As someone licensed for the privilege to drive cars on public roads (yes, it’s a privilege and should be regarded as such) everyone should be fully aware of their responsibilities

Do you have a formatted citation to the published literature? I wish it were more standard practice with science reporting to either link the source material or at least cite it.

I wasn't aware that Trump thought it a good idea that the Yuan weaken. Quite the reverse in fact

Or the Model 3 Performance. I’m willing to bet the Model 3 is faster than the S around most tracks.
