What most of the media (hint, you) fail to realize is The Boring Company is not just going to do transport tunnels. As they advanced TBM speed and reliability as well as decrease cost they will be a company used for utility work as well, which is the majority of TBM use.

Fact still is the fast charging degrades the batteries and you should do it as little as possible. Going even higher power than the supercharger network will only make it worse long-term with current battery tech.
