As if people don’t realize custom car-orders OFTEN require an additional deposit at build-time. This isn’t abnormal what-so-ever. So in total it’s a $3,500 deposit, the first $1000 just came earlier.

That’s really not bad whatsoever.

As they say in the NBA.....find a new slant

No matter what this guy violated his NDA and will get bent over a rail for that by itself. Nothing he did will get whistleblower protections.

kid was clearly racing above his level and forgot standard crash training to hit the giant red knob that says FIRE on it right in front of his face....

god damn YouPeople are annoying, do you have a short in Tesla? you post absurd amounts in every post about them and always negative.

recommended by whom? Just because there are bolt holes does not mean they’re all recommended or required. It depends on the surface and the motion level of the equipment. The legs are put on many different things and thus have various mounting methods for each use.

Every bolt isn’t required nor needed. Your argument is 100% invalid.

Putting the assinine tweet about missing bolts really just shows the anti-tesla bias here. Ask anyone in the industry, you don’t need all the bolts. It depends on what the equipment is doing and what it’s bolted to. For this line the bolts they have is more than adequate.

Oh of course they are, best bang for the buck outside of the pony cars obviously. But it’s not unreasonable to say the FordGT was produced from the start to be in a different realm. Also my point was as well that Corvette Racing also did very well with the C6 and it was drastically less-great than the C7 performance

I still absolutely love that Team Corvette is taking a car-base in a totally different realm as the FordGT and the Porsche and year after year is highly competitive. Of course the race cars are all highly evolved from their street counter-part, but the point is the FordGT was produced with this in mind from its

so like....5 times?

I don’t know what GM/Ford is paying this website to smear Tesla but it’s probably not enough.

Every major company gets sued all the time for firing people. People get mad when they get fired. In this case i’m apt to agree with Tesla, this dude’s story makes absolutely no sense at all. It’s just a jilted ex-employee looking for a buck and a lawyer looking to profit off it.

People like dogs, people generally dislike other people. More at 11

More impressive is 60mph into a stationary firetruck and all she got was a broken ankle! That’s one safe car!

As for autopilot, it doesn’t recognize stationary objects directly ahead at highway speeds as designed. They tell you this outright.

Make sure to haul them safely

semantics, they invented the modern seatbelt design still used today (though obviously today’s has improvements in the mechanisms). They didn’t invent the *first* seatbelt, but they did invent the seatbelt everyone knows.

Had one, it falls apart within a month or two just like all of them that aren’t sewn around the edges. Comfy while it lasted though

So basically, if i’m understanding this right, he only won because a lucky flag let him get tires when the leaders weren’t able to and then he won based on grip, not skill.

Got it

F1 cars are pressurized drysump systems, they’ll run upside down fine. However the trans will be unhappy having its fluid in the wrong spots.

if you have a shark on the line, just get it close and cut the line. That is the only way to give it the best chance of survival. Do NOT take it out of the water at all. Doing so will cause far more harm than a hook will.
