Syracuse grad here.....the first kajillion years of Jim Boeheim’s career while we were in the Big East yielded maybe one or two good NYC/NJ recruits despite the turnout we get at MSG (or @Seton Hall and Rutgers). All of our best players came from Baltimore/DC, Philly and Detroit.
