I’ve worked with Guy. Most fun I’ve ever had on a shoot. So quick-witted.. he had the crew in stitches. A good man who knows good food. He knows the science. Don’t let the wild appearance fool you.. it’s TV persona. The man is smart & articulate. He knows what he’s doing.
