Sometimes there is a thing I want to do, but there are other little things that are standing in the way. Once I either acknowledge those things and either do them, or make the decision to not do them, then I can proceed.

Yep, my prediction for a while has been that the moderate republicans (John McCain, Lindsay Graham, What’s-his-Face Johnson, et al.) are going to leave their hijacked party to the extremists and either form their own or (more likely) commandeer the Libertarian Party.
My biggest gripe is women’s work shoes. Want something besides the pleather Safety-Tec POS’s that fall apart after 6 months? You are pretty much stuck with ordering online...or boys sizes.

Agreed, unless the person is being unbearably noxious. “Not interested” shouldn’t be enough to pull the plug in the middle of the outing.

Exactly. The “If It’s Edible, Eat It” diet is what got me in this situation to begin with.

Good idea! I was looking at the beehive one thinking, that looks like it could easily tip over. Can’t have that!
This also works for sourdough bread. I wanted to make bread bowls, but the bread I had was too dry to hollow it out without getting crumbs everywhere. Warming it in the oven a little bit restores the chewiness of the insides.
