I notice that this article has a number of links to other news stories. So does that mean that Gizmodo would need to pay for each link in the story?

It’s funny how people will look for every reason Ultron was bad besides “ a really crappy script”.

It’s okay, the real Trump looks fake too.

There’s a certain... I don’t want to say “Marvel Derangement Syndrome”, but certainly there’s a mindset that something that’s a tiny bit of the movie is actually The Entire Movie. Like how people said the entire third act of Black Widow was “just a CGI Slugfest”, when at most the only part that could be considered

Does it? There’s a couple minutes about how the Mind Stone is one of six things, but it’s not a LOT of time that it feels like a real diversion from the plot, especially since the Mind Stone is central to Ultron’s creation and Vision’s. But beyond that, there isn’t THAT much set-up for future things, unless you

Dragon Age 2 is not perfect, but it’s my favourite Dragon Age. I couldn’t even finish Inquisition — it felt like a backwards step after DA2 (and oh so much busywork).

Yeah, there is a little in Age of Ultron. But I specifically didn’t say the MCU totally avoided that sort of thing, just that it’s extremely rare. And in the case of Thor’s sidequest, which is probably the worst exception in the entire series, it’s maybe 2 or 3 minutes of screentime in total, and the central focus of

Same. To me Quantumania was a relationship comedy (like, you know, the previous two Ant-Mans) set in a trippy dimension. And I enjoyed how they used the rules of the setting so that, say, Scott could create a swarm of himself and solve a problem using actual ant tactics. Or that the setting allowed MODOK’s giant face

Also, the great Tom Scharpling finally got a cameo in an Ant-Man movie after being cut from the first two.

I didn’t feel the push to link it with the other movies

I think this is...kind of correct. I often don’t feel like I am watching a standalone movie anymore, but just the latest part of a serial.

Pink shouldn’t have touched that bag at all.  She should have stopped the show, told everyone that someone just threw a bag with unknown contents at her, and then make that person feel like an asshole while everyone waited for someone in latex gloves to remove it from the stage and throw it in the garbage.

This is not new.

Warped Tour is not even remotely the same thing as these performances.

Perhaps these concerts are too expensive for fans in the pit to be anything but diehards who would never chuck anything at their faves.

Future concerts...

I saw Kim Deal get hit with a shoe some asshole threw at her at a show in the 80s, and I assure you she did not ask the audience to treat each other with kindness - she opted for the verbal flamethrower approach and it was amazing.

I was at a concert years ago where, towards the end of the concert, the band encouraged the audience to throw money (“coins”) into a small hat the singer was holding.Because they might not get their full fee if they played for (way) too long and about 200€ would be enough.

DeSantis appointed a bunch of political hacks to the new board so Disney can expect the usual local politics now. Like when they want a building permit, they have to use somebody’s cousin or get it denied. Or the scavenger contracts get awarded to someone other than the lowest bidder...for some reason. This is exactly

DeSantis is a clown, I hope most people see through him. Disney did change the rules of their district at the last minute that limited it's power, and having visited Disney last week, I can say it doesn't seem to impact the company's day to day in Central Florida. They still run the place. Everything is still under
