There’s a difference between setting yourself apart and having somebody outside of your ethnic group insisting you’re not human.
Honestly, not as weird as you might think. I’m an agnostic goy and I work in an Orthodox boys’ school. Yes, their focus is on learning Torah, but they’re also just normal people in more ways than you might suspect.

I feel like it’s more women say “I can try to have it all” more to themselves than outside influences do, and then wonder why they can’t.
