If they need aid their government can request it and it might be granted and they can have the aid inside their country, but why should I house another country’s citizens? There’s nothing to overcome though. Forcing people with wildly different cultures to be around each other when they don’t want to be is what’s divisive. They can be separated and still be friends and help each other.
