You can usually find 2.5 gallon jugs of DEF for $10.  And they generally last about as long as an oil change.  If you burn through it more, you can get larger jugs and save even more coin.

Try some metal polish on the disc.  Then clean it with some dish soap.  You’d be surprised how many discs I’ve brought back to life that way.

A keyed ignition is far better than push button.  The only time I want a push button is in a sports car - I don’t need it in my Rav4.
