After bacon 94.75 % cooked, pull cracker tray from oven, add favored cheese topper, & put back in broiler oven letting bacon cook for coupla mins to bring strips close to 100% cooked regardless whether You like crispy or non-crispy.

Really enjoy eating triscuit crackers & cheese. Am sure slice of wrap bacon would be very welcome addition.
