Yes. That exactly my issue with this whole thing. A public figure took a posed photo after a life event. Of course she had hair and make up and what not. Good for her. I don’t get jumping to a conclusion that she’s being like fake or something (anymore than she usually is). Women, we are too hard on each other. 

I’d have been happy if someone came to the hospital and did my hair and make up. When your body feels so raw and fragile it can be comforting to have at least the top half look normal. I feel like I agree with Keira but also disagree.
