We have a really great Thursday night show-and-shine, every week through the summer. It has street rods, JDM customs, stanced rides, modern muscle, supercars, you name it it’s there... Everybody gets along. Everybody has something positive to say about everybody else. It’s awesome to watch the old street rod guys…
“....you hate the environment, Prius’, and bicyclists. There’s probably a bumper sticker for that.”
Rolling coal. Yes we get it, you hate the environment, Prius’, and bicyclists. There’s probably a bumper sticker for that.
I’d like to have a word with her, too.
I threw logic out the window when I quit my engineering job to write about cars. lol
Yes.
Which is why I should probably figure out what’s going on here, because MY REPUTATION IS ON THE LINE. :D
That’s okay. We all read it the correct way.
Literally thousands of pit stops in a season, but sure one stuck nut is reason to completely change your plans

27 year Austin, 10 year East Austin resident here.. I see these guys all the time; most of the cars in the pics I recognized immediately. they also gather at the (“my”) car wash a few blocks away from my house at MLK and Airport, just behind the Popeye’s Chicken.
“Okay. So, ten out of ten for style, but minus several million for good thinking, huh?”
I did the same with my 2020 Ram, knew going in that I would buy a Max Care for it(the Mopar equivalent of what you got) simply for the fact that I know the common failures on Rams and new Chrysler products in general, and basically one bad radio out of base warranty and the contract will have paid for itself.
I wonder if they confused it with including other features. Just got a new VW and they did the usual attempt at finance upcharges, but the tires were rolled in with other things like gap, windshield, and whatever else I ignored all in one. Those all added to ~$45/mo together, but they didn’t offer those things…
I had a thief break into my 2000 Nissan Frontier in 2006 or so. They ignored all of my tools, probably $600 worth, behind the seats and stole my change and a book of burned CDs. He broke a window and managed to cut himself. Amazingly, the local PD sent out the forensics team and they did a blood sample.
and a whole lot of butter.”
That’s how I do it. And then when I get to where I’m going to offload, I go “See, told you it wasn’t going anywhere...”
He clearly didn’t follow load strapping 101:
