Depending on what is used up there and if it is already running a surplus/not at capacity, it presumably wouldn’t be targeted for that region. You would be able to use them, but they would not have as much output if they aren’t getting as much light.

I think that’s part of the great thing about these. You don’t need to worry as much about direct light, since they’ll still work decently in the shade and they’re not *on* the roof, they *are* the roof.
