Yeah it’s worth a try! I think after drying the meat off the remaining oil would just harden in the freezer, but probably fare well in the air fryer later.
I’m one of those weirdos who likes to “just taste the meat” so I usually just salt it up! Totally marinate first if you’d like, but I’d say just make sure you dry it off before freezing so you don’t end up with excess moisture when throwing them in the air fryer.
I was going to ask about that. Marinade 24 hours, freeze 45 min, cook for 7 min. I’m not sure how well oil based marinade would do in the freezer though since I’ve never tried it.
I use the “Latest” page, which looks a lot more like the OG G/O site.
The next logical step would be to marinate them first, then follow the rest of the recipe. Maybe a few different marinades, along with some “plain” ones...
